Nisha a/p Subramaniam

NISHA A/P SUBRAMANIAM graduated with a bachelors in laws from Multimedia University, Malacca, where she also completed her Foundation in Law. During her time at university, she actively engaged in legal discourse and participated in the 1st International Symposium on Law and Innovation (ISLI) in 2021, reflecting her early interest in the evolving landscape of law and policy. Nisha commenced her pupillage in civil and criminal litigation at Messrs Revathi & Partners. During her pupillage, she gained practical exposure across a broad range of litigation matters. Her work included drafting affidavits, witness statements and interlocutory 9 applications, attending case managements and hearings, assisting counsel during trials, and preparing written submissions. She was also involved in appellate work, including the preparation of Notices of Appeal, Memoranda of Appeal and Records of Appeal.

Nisha works on a wide range of matters handled by the firm. In this role, she is involved in all stages of dispute resolution and advisory work, including legal research, drafting pleadings and submissions, preparing cause papers, assisting in trial preparation, and supporting the firm’s handling of complex civil, commercial, company and property disputes.
