Personal Experience & Biography
Keshvinder Kaur is a Legal Associate at Messrs A.J. Ariffin, Yeo & Harpal. She holds a law degree from the University of London and has successfully completed her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP). Keshvinder began her legal career at J. Kuldeep Kumar & Co., first as an intern and later as a paralegal, before commencing her pupillage under J. Kuldeep Kumar. During this time, she gained invaluable experience handling capital offence criminal trials and various civil matters.
Upon her admission as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 8 December 2023, Keshvinder joined Messrs A.J. Ariffin, Yeo & Harpal as a Legal Associate, where she has worked closely with Dato’ Harpal Singh Grewal on counsel matters and appellate hearings. She has further developed her expertise in complex civil litigation and strata management cases, regularly appearing before courts at all levels.
